1. Exhibits are at owner's risk, and the Fair Committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
2. The Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse any exhibit that is incorrectly entered or does not conform to these rules and regulations. 3. Exhibits shall bear no ownership identification other than the entry ticket provided. 4. Exhibits must conform to the description in the entry book in regard to quantity. 5. Each exhibitor may enter as many sections per class as desired but only one entry per section, except in Livestock and Poultry where each exhibitor may enter a maximum of two entries per person. 6. Exhibits must grown or crafted by the exhibitor in the previous twelve months unless never before entered in any form of competition. 7. Only one name per exhibitor number. 8. No exhibitors are allowed in the Exhibit Area until judging is completed. 9. A "For Sale" sign may be attached after the judging is completed. Article or item may not be removed until after 4:00 p.m. 10. Articles not mentioned in the Entry Booklet may be titled "Display Only" and will not be judged. 11. No dogs allowed on the exhibition grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS. 12. Any person earning more than 25% of their annual income from a specific art or craft will be considered a professional and not eligible to compete in that particular art or craft.

· Entry forms must be to the Entry Secretary by August 3rd. Should need more time contact the Entry Secretary. · For all large animal entries, contact the Entry Secretary two weeks in advance of the fair. |
